Resumo

O objetivo do artigo é analisar o reposicionamento estratégico sino-americano no Mar do Sul da China, tendo como base as particularidades regionais e globais deste espaço geopolítico e geoeconômico, a atualização da política externa chinesa e da postura militar norte-americana na Ásia no período de 2009-2017.
